My love for golf started at a young age, playing with my Father and Grandfather at Fairway Mews Golf Club. As luck will have it, I am now, years later, the PGA Head Golf Professional at Fairway Mew Golf Club. Growing up in the area I attended and played golf for Wall High School. I am a proud graduate of Methodist University in North Carolina under the Professional Golf Management program and collegiate Men’s Golf Team. Prior to joining Fairway Mews, I served as First Assistant Golf Professional at Spring Lake Golf Club. In addition to these roles I have had the opportunity to work at prestigious golf clubs throughout the state of New Jersey as well as Florida, including but not limited to Rumson Country Club and John’s Island Golf Club. Throughout giving private instruction and group clinics I have experienced every type of golfer. My philosophy is that while golf is a difficult game, keeping instruction simple and engraving proper fundamentals can help even the most experienced golfer achieve success. In conjunction with Track Man technology, this philosophy makes improving a client’s game that much more effective. Through the use of Track Man I am able to improve club fitting and instruction by precisely measuring the speed, distance, launch angle, spin rates, and swing path of every swing I truly believe it is important to get to know each student and any limitations they may possess in order to tailor a program that fits their needs. Over the years I have dedicated my time to teaching golfers of all ages and experience levels. I have had to opportunity to work with men, women and juniors during my time as a PGA Professional and it is such an honor to see students go off to play at the collegiate level and beyond.
