Jared Richardson

I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina where I started my golf journey. My father taught me the game early in my life and I grew a passion for the game. I am a Class A PGA Professional with a degree in Business Administration from Campbell University.

Prior to my journey to New Jersey, I completed internships at Old Chatham Golf Club in Durham, North Carolina; TPC Potomac at Avenal Farms in Potomac, Maryland; and CaLail Creek Country Club in Glenwood, Maryland. I began my professional career at Due Process Stables Golf Club in Colts Neck, New Jersey serving as the 1st Assistant Golf Professional for 2 seasons. During the winter months, I worked at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. After my 2nd season at Ocean Reef Club, I began serving as an Assistant Golf Professional at Navesink Country Club in Red Bank, New Jersey. I am currently entering my 4th season at Navesink.

I am very passionate about the game of golf and one way I help grow the game is running the junior program at Navesink Country Club. I have worked with all ages and skill levels. My philosophy in golf is everyone is different; one technique doesn’t fit all. I like to start with individuals’ ability to move their body and then work on the fundamentals starEng with the most important, the grip. We will then progress at your pace working more in depth on stance, posture, aim, and movements in the golf swing. My goal is for you to have a beLer understanding of why the ball moves the way it is moves in the air so that you can adapt in oncourse situations. Everyone’s body moves different, and I would love to be able to work with you in growing your golf swing the way your body moves!
